To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in excellent condition upon receipt and inspection by BoysHostel.

If the product is received in excellent condition and meets all applicable return conditions, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days following the inspection and approval of the return.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
