We want you to love what you order from Boys Hostel. If you have any issues with your delivery, here’s what you need to know:

How long does it take for my order to arrive ?

Shipping takes 1-2 weeks for all items, except for special request orders which could require a tentative shipping duration. (Shipping time excludes non-business days)

International Shipping

We offer free international shipping, except for special request orders which could incure a tentative shipping expense.

Whats the return policy for boyshostel?

Products can be returned within 10 business days after delivery.
Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
To start a return, email us at info@theboyshostel.ca with your order number and reason for return.

How does the refund process work?

Refunds arrive in 3-7 business days and are processed immediately after we determine the returned product is in excellent conditon upon recieval.
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-7 business days.
Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Are all items limited edition?

Some of our collections are limited-run and won’t be restocked. If you see something you love, grab it before it’s gone!

How can I be notified about restocks?

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order ships.

Having said that, our Shipping Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between us and our customers. It is the legal framework for presenting our obligations to boyshostel customers, but also to address different possible scenarios that may occur, and what happens in each and every case.
